The front desk staff was pleasant and genuine, which added to the overall positive experience.One minor issue was the limitation in accommodating my fiance's request for drinks in the room upon his arrival - a small gesture that would have added to our comfort. As a seasoned traveler who values convenience and subtleties, this missed opportunity was notable. In terms of amenities, the presence of a fitness center and outdoor swimming pool was appreciated. However, for those seeking a more luxurious touch, the absence of certain features like a jacuzzi or a business center might be a drawback.
